- The Personal Edition is for private, non-commercial use only.
- The Commercial Edition allows commercial use, permitting businesses to use the playlists to play music for their customers.

Use of Service
By purchasing the Personal Edition, you agree to use the playlist for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

The Commercial Edition may be used for playing music from the SafeLyrics playlist in public spaces or commercial settings.

Purchasing the Commercial Edition will not grant you a licence to stream music legally on your premises. You must obtain a music streaming licence from your country's relevant authority. Redistribution or public sharing of the playlist from either edition is prohibited without obtaining prior written consent from Whitebox Software Ltd.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works based on the content available on SafeLyrics.com without obtaining prior written consent from Whitebox Software Ltd.

Restriction on Derivative Works
Users are prohibited from using the SafeLyrics playlist, either the Personal or Commercial Edition, as a foundation for creating and selling another playlist. This restriction is in place to protect the unique curation and intellectual effort that goes into creating the SafeLyrics playlist. Any derivation, replication, or resale of our playlist content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from Whitebox Software Ltd is strictly forbidden.
